Leather Blackjack, with Hand Strap

Leather Blackjack, with Hand Strap, 9 inches long overall length.  This leather billy club has solid handle and bendable mid section. It has a leather outer skin that is braided around a spring in the middle and has formed load in the end. The spring causes a whipping action when you flick your wrist. This was a very effective weapon when law enforcement use to carry them. Most departments do not allow officers to use this weapon anymore, but a lot of collectors buy them for their collections.
