Seki Traditonal Damascus Series. Knives feature 45 layer damascus steel blades with a Sewdish Sandvik 19C27 stainless cutting core. Blades have been hammered by hand with a technique called "Tsuchime" to a beautiful finish that reduces drag when cutting, preventing foods from sticking to the blade. Traditional D-shaped Red Sandalwood handles with a black plywood bolster.
