"I'm 24 years old and I've always lived alone from
apartment to apartment. I had moved into this one area of town that I
didn't feel very safe around, especially at night. I always seen teenagers
and street like people loitering around the pool area and pay phone. The
security guard was only around on the weekend. Anyhow, I got one of your
200k stun guns and always took it with me when I went to check the mail, leave
for work or do laundry. One night about 9pm when I was doing my laundry,
some young guy, about 21 I think, approached me. He was making sexual
remarks and propositioned me. I was just barely getting my clothes from
the dryer and I had my stun gun under my towels. First he wanted to shake my
hand and kept getting closer. I took out my stun gun, pressed the trigger
making a loud spark, and told him to back off and leave me alone.
Immediately he jumped back scared, totally surprised from my action, called me a
"crazy bitch" and quickly went away."

"I got one of your stun guns from your catalog and I just
wanted to share an event that happen to me 3 weeks ago that was kinda scary.
Some guy attacked me at my office complex when I was closing up and ready to go
home. I was in a large parking lot and I heard him approaching me.
I've made it a habit to have my stun gun laying in my purse on the top whenever
I left. So when I turned around he was about 12 feet away from me and
charging. I had my keys in one hand, and threw them at the man's face,
something I learned in a self-defense class. As he lunged to the side, I
quickly grabbed my stun gun and shocked his stomach area for about 1 second, he
fell against my car. Since he stumbled a bit, I shocked him a second time
for 3 seconds and he fell down to the ground. It looked like he was
unconscious, I couldn't really tell, but I just got in my car and left.
I'm very cautious now, but I'm thankful I had my stun gun that night. I
don't believe in owning a hand gun, because I think there are better
alternatives to "lethal" force, and I was still able to protect myself in this
scary situation. I had no idea what that guys intentions were."
